Strawberries and cream cheese dip!
8 oz Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, thawed (or fresh)
4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
1 tbsp Sugar
Place strawberries in food processor or blender container; process until smooth.
Beat cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
Stir in sour cream, strawberry puree, and sugar.
Spoon dip into small serving bowl.
If time allows, refrigerate at least two hours. Garnish with orange peel. Serve with assorted fresh fruit dippers or angel food cake cubes (optional)!
