Fruity and filling shake made with strawberries, bananas, and cranberry juice!
1 Banana, fresh, large, 8″ to 8 7/8″ long, cut into chunks
1 cup Juice, cranberry, unsweetened
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup fresh strawberries, cut in half
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 ice cubes
Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Variation: substitute 2 cups of cantaloupe, cubed, for the strawberries and bananas; replace the cranberry juice with 1 cup of orange juice. (Nutritional analysis will be different if you change to these ingredients)!
