Sweet, creamy, and chocolately fondue perfect for dipping fruit and cookies in!
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp table salt
4 cup fat free milk, cold
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Pour skim milk, and stir well.
Bring over medium heat to a boil and stir in margarine and vanilla.
You may also add 1/4 tsp butter extract. For dipping, try angel food cake cut into squares, marshmallows, and fresh fruits!
