Easy to make chocolate cookies topped with coconut flakes!

2 1/2 cup flaked, sweetened coconut
2/3 cup Baking Chips, chocolate, mini
2/3 cup Milk, condensed, sweetened, canned
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl combine coconut, chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla and mix together until well blended.
Take rounded teaspoonfuls of dough and drop onto prepared cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Using the back of a spoon press dough gently and flatten slightly.
Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies have become light golden brown.
Let cookies stand for 1 minute on cookie sheets and then remove them from sheets and place on wire racks to cool completely.
